We are the Database Research Group in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at The Ohio State University. We are located in 674 Dreese Lab.

We investigate database and data mining methods for online exploration of multi-dimensional data, mostly from environmental and biomedical sciences. We also develop tools for bioinformatics applications with a focus on mining protein structures. You can reach our software and papers through this website.
